Cabin was clean, close to the Parkway but far enough away to have quiet time. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Satisfied trip:): I have so much to review. In the beginning I was getting nervous to stay at this cabin. I have seen a lot of bad reviews so I decided to just check it out for myself. EVERYTHING was great. You can’t expected to have an excellent driveway cause it’s the smoky mountains. We took our small car and did just fine. Yes the driveway and cabin is on the Side of the mountain. The cabin cleanliness was great no complaints. I seen a complaint on the smoke detector beaps. Never heard it. Seen complaints on remotes for tv and Xbox that doesn’t work. They do my son played Xbox and we watched tv. All in all I love this cabin and I would stay in it again. Great location. I hope this eases a lot of minds when they read the reviews.

I Loved our stay here. Only challenge was the driveway. It was cozy and clean. Loved the Master bed and bath, also the large family dining table. Didn't get to stay long would like to revisit again. Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to enjoy your cabin. 6 women from Women of Joy conference.

This was out first trip to Pigeon Forge and the cabin we chose did not disappoint at all!

We stayed at the cabin while attending the National Quartet Convention. Cabin was very close to everything we wanted to do. Beds were great, kitchen amply supplied, bathrooms clean and well maintained. Carpet was also very clean. We had no children but the cabin was well suited with an array of games, including and alcove with 3 different types of games ie, air hockey and big checker board game. I can’t wait to come back.

We were so pleased with this cabin! It's so close to everything and was an easy drive - no narrow, scary mountain roads, but still felt secluded. The layout is perfect for families. The upstairs bedroom with attached bath was exactly what we were looking for. The huge, walk-in shower was a bonus, as were all the games, movies, toys, and video games that were already there when we arrived. Checkers, X-box, board games, legos, cars, air hockey ... Best of all, the Atari free play game table, which was a hit from the 3-year-old to the 52-year-old. The beds were comfortable, including the sleeper sofa. The bunk bed were was fun for all the kids, so no bedtime arguments. There's plenty of seating everywhere, the kitchen had everything you need except food: cookware, appliances, flatware, dishes, etc. It was easy to do dishes and laundry. There was even a stool for the little ones to reach the downstairs bathroom sink. We loved it so much, we all want to book it again next year. If I had to give a negative, it would be that the grill could have been cleaner. Seriously, though, this cabin is awesome. Overall, no issues, no regrets!

We enjoyed our time at this cabin, rooms were clean, master bedroom shower was amazing. Love the front deck with the ceiling fans. Was a little rough getting up the hills, have to be very careful especially with on coming cars. It was far enough from the hustle and bustle of the town, but close enough to where everything was a small drive. The games were a little dated, and wifi didnt work but overall I'd recommend, and would visit again in a heart beat.

The cabin was close to town, beautifully arranged and supplied! Suggest to bring extra hand soap and toilet paper. Will go back here for sure! This cabin made life easy

My family enjoyed our stay, the house had everything we needed. One minor issue on our last day the coffee maker stopped working and we reported it and I am sure they have replaced it by now; otherwise perfect place and perfect stay.

Cabin was perfect for our young family of 5! Close to attractions, while still getting the mountain experience. Toys, books, puzzles and games to enjoy, as well as a few critters for my boys to explore (toads, bunnies, etc). Excellent cabin, especially for those with young children! They even had 3 baby gates! We will definitely be back to The Sugar Bear Mountain Hideaway Cabin!
