Check-Out Procedures

Check-out is at 10am. You don’t need to clean, but please run through this quick checklist before you head home.

Load dishes in the dishwasher and press start. If your rental does not have a dishwasher, please rinse off dishes and leave them in the sink.

Place all used towels in the shower or bathtub. Please don’t leave them on the floor or furniture, because it can cause water damage.

Do not strip the beds, and please don’t make them. Leave all bed linens on the bed.

Set the thermostat to 75 in the summer and 65 in the winter.

Make sure all windows and doors are shut and locked when you leave.

Turn off all lights.

We encourage guests to leave furniture and decorations where they are. If items are moved, please put them back where they were when you arrived.

Bag up all trash and put it in the trash bins outside.
