Thanksgiving week: Check in was a breeze. The cabin was well stocked. We adjusted the heat but it was on a self timers so got a little chilly at night. The dishwasher needs some attention and the hood exhaust fan could not be turned on easily. All in all the owners were very responsive and we would stay here again!

Fall Beak: Great for the most part! However, the road to the cabin is in desperate need of repair! It was a great location .It is HARD on your vehicle. The bed in the second room is NOT a queen. Only a double! Both mattresses on the bunk beds were AWFUL! The carpets were filthy. The rest of the cabin was clean and very family friendly.

Baseball at Ripken Trip: My family really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean, and my kids enjoyed the game room. We were close to The Ripken Experience and the listing was accurate. It is in a great location with the exception of the steep driveway, but all in all we really enjoyed this property. If we ever come back to this area we would consider booking this place again, it was in a peaceful location and it was close to a lot of attractions and resturaunts.

Overall was very nice: Overall, very nice & peaceful. House was spacious. The dishwasher needs to be replaced. It was pretty gross inside.
Warning needs to be posted about the driveway. It was a bit tricky to find on the first day as it was evening- maybe some kind of light at end of drive & mention it’s a shared on the side. It is a bit on the steep side. We had jeeps, though, so we didn’t have any issues

Nice cabin but hard to get to.: I only have one negative about the cabin itself. The dishwasher is absolutely disgusting. It needs to be replaced. So don’t plan on using the dishes. The road that leads to the cabin is not good. And the sign has tons of overgrowth around it making it hard to see the entrance . I was driving a truck so ALL the potholes and washed out road i was able to navigate but is you have a car that is low to the ground it will never make it without causing some damage to your car.

Perfect Location: Location was perfect for our golf outing. We were right at the end of the main strip in Pigeon Forge and about 12min from Gatlinburg which was amazing. The cabin had plenty of room and beds for all of us. Highly recommend it for the price

Adequate: Overall nice.
Pros
Close to Dollywood
Great kitchen table and really nice living room set up
Nice size rooms
Nice master shower
Kids loved the game area
Cons
Dishwasher was disgusting and moldy.
Washer sounded like a plane taking off on spin cycle.
Not enough towels-only 1 per person, old and stained
Linens-1 additional pillow and 2 throw blankets we the only additional linens in entire cabin. Linens were well worn out
There is a family of mice living under the bathtub on the main level.
One of the kids wanted to sleep on the twin pull out couch in the master. We pulled it out and it was badly stained and smelled. We did not allow her to sleep on it. There was not any linens for the bed provided anyway.
Road to cabin has two large broken areas in the road.
Note: We ate out every meal. Not sure about kitchen utensils and pot and pans etc.
Overall we had a nice stay. However, we probably will not stay again. Thank you.
