This cabin boasts excellent accessibility for both motorcycles and vehicles, making your arrival a breeze. The scenic mountain road is curvy and ascends gently, providing an enjoyable drive. Enjoy the convenience of level parking for up to four cars. You'll find Elvira's Café just 3.5 miles away, perfect for a bite to eat, and Dollar General is a mere 5 miles down the road for any necessities. Plus, Kroger and Food City are also nearby for additional shopping options. Located only 10 minutes from the Smoky Mountains, 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 30 minutes to Gatlinburg, you'll be close to all the fun and excitement downtown Pigeon Forge offers.

Pool Access:

When you rent this property, you will have exclusive access to The Perserve Pool and Gym. Located just a walk from the cabin, where you can enjoy the water and soak up the sun while taking in the stunning mountain views. And the best part? Access to the pool is completely free for guests renting this property. So don't miss this amazing opportunity to cool off and have fun in the sun!

Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will email you the door code, which we will resend a week before your stay.

Extravagant views delivered in every regard! It was the most perfect setting and cabin that together helped to create an unforgettable vacation. The views were spellbinding, mesmerizing, and stimulating. The home inside was functional for our family size and the amenities were perfect! Even the teens commented the cabin itself, with its views, was its own attraction! Wears Valley is magical too! The location was within comfortable proximity to the most popular Smoky Mountain attractions. We are making plans to make this an annual trip. It was the best time, and we look forward to coming back!

This was our first time staying in Bear Tootin Cabins and we will definitely use them for future trips. From multiple bear sightings, clean cabin, extravagant view, awesome pool with a view and the peacefulness of the area we had a blast!

Very clean and wonderful views. We came the second time for family vacation with 3 boys. They loved the pool which is a short walk from the property and the game room.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Main, lower, and loft areas. Everything we needed was available. Grandsons (as well as adults) enjoyed game area. Very roomy. Wonderful views of mountains, sunrise. and sunset beams across the mountains views. This is way up at the top and is a curvy and steep road. Best to arrive before dark but slow will get you there for sure. Would recommend highly.
