3 Star House: Kitchen was filthy with caked on food on the counter and the kitchen floors were dirty and sticky upon arrival. Kitchen table was also very sticky as stated in previous reviews. Jetted tub on 3rd floor could not fill up fast enough for water to stay hot to enjoy the jets. Electric fire place did not work, multicade (arcade) in game room did not work. Houses are very close together and pics are very deceiving. House was a bit dated and needed some TLC but overall it was a nice stay. We feel that when you spend that amount of money that everything offered with the house should be as advertised and with this particular house it was not so we gave it a 3 stars.

Thanksgiving get away: We loved the views, look, and layout of the property! The game room was a blast for the whole family! There were some things broken at the property that we didn’t notice right away. Some of the burners on the propane grill were not working properly, but we’re able to use it anyway. the dining set on main floor needs to be refinished. Our plates, glasses and cards stuck to the table and our clothes stuck to the benches. The light on the front porch didn’t work and we couldn’t see to unload our vehicles in the dark. The video game never worked. And since my husband and I are seniors, would love to see grab bars in the showers. Also we really needed more than one kitchen dish towel an dish washing cloth. These were all things I noticed that would have given you all an excellent rating. Overall it was the one of the best Thanksgiving we’ve had as a family! We had so much fun and are already talking about doing it again next year. We just loved the layout, location and, games views, decor, etc!

Great weekend getaway: This cabin really does have extravagant views. It was clean and the beds were comfy! We enjoyed the mountain sunrise while having coffee each morning, and cooled off in the community pool during the hot sunny days. It was nice to access the park without having to drive through bustling Gatlinburg, also. We will definitely be booking Extravagant View again!

Absolutely beautiful view. We could sit on the balcony, all day long and just stare at how beautiful the Smokey Mountains are. The rental was very clean. We all loved it. Not a single complaint. Even the rainy day we had, the kids loved the pool table, and air hockey table. The pool area was very clean and close to the cabin. The best part was, we saw the bears everyday. They were right under the balcony. We were able to get lot of pics and videos of them. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Quiet location with beautiful views. Cabin and property were very well maintained. Cabin had all the necessary amenities. We have stayed at many places around Gatlinburg over the years and this place ranks right up there!

Amazing view: The property was in a perfect location and the directions were easy to understand. The cabin was very spacious and had plenty of extra little amenities. The only thing we noticed was that there were some areas of the cabin that were not as clean as we would hope for them to be. Otherwise, a great experience and we would totally stay here again!

Stay: We loved the cabin we stayed in, we saw bears and had a great time. It was so beautiful, i only had trouble getting in contact with someone for pool code because office was closed and the number i called couldn't help. But all in all it was completely wonderful

This place was awesome!! The views were amazing!!! Cabin had everything we needed and was very clean. This is our fourth time staying at one of Bear Tootin’s cabins and they have never disappointed us!
