This property is conveniently accessible whether you're arriving by motorcycle or vehicle. All roads leading to the home are paved, ensuring a smooth ride, and the driveway itself is designed for easy entry and exit. Be aware that some routes may have minor curves and slight inclines, adding a bit of charming landscape to your journey. You'll find ample, level parking space accommodating up to three cars, making it easy to host guests or store multiple vehicles. Conveniently, there’s a Family Dollar just 5 miles away for your everyday essentials, and the Dunn’s Market and Grill is only 4 miles from the property, perfect for grabbing a bite or stocking up on local supplies. If you're in the mood for more excitement, the Pigeon Forge Parkway is just 11 miles away, placing you at the heart of local attractions and activities.

Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will email you the door code, which we will resend a week before your stay.

It is beautiful and spacious, the view is spectacular! The bedrooms have plenty of space and the living room is great for spending family time. Also the back patio and lawn offer a whole different experience. I will be staying here again!

We recently stayed at “Enchanted Primrose” and had a wonderful family vacation. Shana with Bear Tootin is super amazing! She gives great customer service, always answering my questions and going above and beyond. Shana made the entire process from start to finish stress free and pleasant. The cabin was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family. We greatly appreciated the goodie bag and coupons and we’re looking forward to our next stay with Bear Tootin!

Got to see the mountain tops covered in snow one day. The hot tub was perfect after a long day and to watch the sun set. The house was gorgeous and very clean and organized.

I loved to wake up and see the mountains light up as the sun rose. Throughout the day I would watch a ton of birds come and go. Everything in the cabin was very clean and comfortable. Absolutely loved the view and would definitely stay many times in the future.
