Trip to the Mountains: Awesome time

Enchanted Primrose: We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The house was very clean and ready for us to enjoy. We esp. loved the great view from the deck! We also loved the surprise visit of the bear cub that climbed up the side of the mountain to visit our backyard. We didn't know where momma bear was, so we watched it from the safety of the deck.

It would be helpful if you provided instructions on how to use the 3 remote controls, we had issues watching the TV in the living room. Also, if power goes out, leave instructions if anything needs to be reset when power is restored.

The second night (Tuesday, June 27), there was a power outage around 4am even though there were no storms in the area. We found two of your flashlights, but one wasn't working, and the batteries didn't work either, so please make sure to have working flashlights with extra working batteries. Luckily, we brought our own flashlights. It would be helpful if you provided general emergency numbers and a number to call if the power goes out. We called and left a message for you and texted, but you didn't check with us until 12:30pm ET.

Overall, we enjoyed our time in the mountains.

Family Vacation: Beautiful home and everything was nicely kept. However it would have been helpful if the appliances were working properly. Dryers was making horrible nosy. Gas oven needs to be fixed oven temperature is off. Couldn’t bake anything without it being under cooked or burnt. Cleaning staff was absolutely amazing. Very clean.Except for Dishes the prior houseguests left behind. Would highly recommend the property though.

Good location and venue: The back deck, space, and everything that comes with it was perfect. Due to the storm coming through while we stayed, we didn’t have power or water for most of one day, and our AC didn’t get back down to temp until we were walking out the door. Other than that, I highly recommend this property

Beautiful view: The property is very clean with a beautiful view. We loved mostly everything at the property. The kitchen is well equipped, clean linens and extra blankets were provided. The location of the property was very easy and roads were in good shape. The property manager was responsive and communicative.

I fount both the bathroom sinks clogged, the wifi of the property was extremely slow, and the TV didn’t work. However as we were visiting with extended family wifi or the tv didn’t bother us as we hardly used our phones, but the clogged bathroom sinks were a problem. I hope the property manager will fix it before renting it out.

I will definitely Vostok this property again.

Mountain retreat: We LOVED our escape from Texas to this sweet little cabin! It was a perfect place to spend the week before Christmas to get some fresh air and get into the Christmas spirit. The cabin was very cozy and our kids loved the Christmas tree and stockings that were hung above the fireplace! The view was spectacular and we enjoyed the hot tub on the cold nights. It was perfectly located with fairly easy access if you don’t mind the curvy steep mountain roads. The only suggestion I would make is maybe bringing an air freshener as the cabin has a bit of a musty odor. The dryer makes a very loud squeaking noise for awhile when you first turn it on but it does eventually stop. We called maintenance who said they had fixed it but it was definitely not fixed. I would highly recommend this location and would most definitely stay again!

Really pretty house!: Location was way up in the mountains. We really loved that! Had a great view of the mountains. Not far from town.

This was such an amazing cabin! Beautiful views! All the comforts of home! Can't wait to go back!
