Locations/ Roads / Parking:

This cabin is located in a secure gated community, providing peace of mind as you enjoy your stay. Access is easy for both motorcycles and vehicles, with level parking available for up to 3 cars. Please note that you will need to send your vehicle information to the property management company prior to arrival for gate access. Conveniently located nearby, you'll find Dollar General, Kroger, and Food City for any essentials. It's just a quick 15-minute drive to the Smoky Mountains, 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 25 minutes to Gatlinburg, making it the perfect base for exploring all the attractions downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer!

Local Fun:

Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.

Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will email you the door code, which we will resend a week before your stay.

Great winter getaway: Property was described & photographed accurately. Stairs are steep but we already knew prior to booking due to other reviews. Hot tub was nice and working. Kids loved the basketball court right across the road. They also enjoyed playing around the creek even in the ice cold water. Our stay was very quiet and private. Although, could imagine more traffic in warmer season when the pool is open. Cabin was not decorated for Christmas, but we didn't mind (stayed week before christmas). Guard shack was easy pass through even in dark hours. Property managers were nice and helpful when we needed to update our vehicle info for guard shack check in. Location of neighborhood is great, not in center but also not too far from attractions and grocery store. Neighborhood roads can be a bit sharp, but there are mirrors to help. Was notified by text from neighborhood about upcoming winter weather and road closures. We would stay here again!

Quiet and enjoyable: The cabin was nice. It was very clean and close to everything. My only complaint I had was when we were out on the deck sitting in the spa the lights out there were bright and in your face when you're trying to relax. We tried to use the string of lights there were hung up but they didn't work. Other than that there was plenty to do and we had a great time. We will definitely be back.

Great Experience: This cabin was perfect for my family and I. The location was great and there was plenty of room for everyone. I wouldn't recommend to anyone who has trouble with stairs or who has toddlers as there are rather steep stairs to get to the living area, but it was perfectly fine for us and didn't negatively impact our stay at all. The weather was nasty while we were there, but I would have loved to have been able to enjoy the amazing deck! I did a good amount of cooking during our stay and the kitchen had more than I could have asked for. I'm not sure I have ever seen such an abundantly stocked kitchen in a vacation rental property. Our family had a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend.

The creek! Omg. Beautiful setting. A bit dated but so wonderful. Clean and well maintained. We will certainly be back. This was our first stay at Creeksong Hollow. We've been to Gatlinburg over 30 times and this is our favorite property.
