This cabin is located inside the Shagbark gated community, only a short drive from Pigeon Forge. There was plenty of parking space and no scary steep driveway. The tennis and basketball court is directly across from Creeksong Hollow and close enough that we felt comfortable letting our daughters play while we sat on the balcony off the living room or cooked on the grill. Despite being so near the community center, this cabin felt very private. We enjoyed watching the squirrels run around while we relaxed in the hot tub. We also enjoyed playing pool. The beds were comfortable and there was no noise to keep us awake at night. The downstairs bathtub has a really cool waterfall effect and the upstairs shower was huge. We were very happy with our choice of cabin and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Peaceful, location works: Loved the cabin! Good location for accessing GSM National Park, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. All the features we wanted. Quick response from the manager when we had a maintenance issue.

Not the cleanest: Overall i would not choose this cabin again to stay at. The cabin is mediocre at best. They charge you a trip cancellation insurance fee of $145 even thou there is an option to opt out of the insurance. They claim they want your trip to be protected in case you decide to cancel. The bedding and towels provided are old and dingy and do not smell the greatest. The downstairs bed is comfortable thou. The entry is very small and awkward and the stairs going upstairs are extremely steep and definitely not to code. There was trash under the bed from a previous renter and everything was very dusty, like it hasn’t been cleaned in 6 months. The kitchen had the bare essentials and a kurig which was nice. But the bare essentials were very lacking compared to other places we have stayed at. The location to the pool was great, couldn’t get any better. The hot tub water just looked nasty. The property could be great if the owners took care of it better.

Not happy: Hot tub could not use very miss leading on beds said I would get some refund have seen none.very rude when I called about hot tub said was because of well water just dirty very nasty on phone

2023 SUMMER VACATION: Enjoyed our stay. Location was far enough out that you felt like you were with nature, but not a long drive to local attractions. Cabin was clean, and the tennis courts and pool being right across from the cabin was a big plus.

Would stay again.

Wonderful cabin!: The week flew by too fast, and we didn’t want to leave. The cabin was quiet and clean. It was wonderful spending early morning hours listening to birds and soaking our feet in the hot tub. We hope to return in the future.

review: The house was beautiful. The only issue is the beds. They are in need of an upgrade. It did not make for a good night sleep in either one of the beds.

Mini vacation: Our stay was very nice, other than the night guard didn't seem to enjoy his job. We would love to stay again, maybe without the tree on our roof. Lol. We ran out of propane for the outside firepit and they dropped off a refill right away. Everything else was as described.
