Location/ Roads / Parking:

The cabin is easily accessible, and while the roads are uphill, they can be accessed by both motorcycle and car. During winter months, it's wise to check the weather, as some areas may require a 4x4 for better accessibility. Dollar General and Food City are a short drive away for your shopping needs. With such a great location, you're only a short drive from all the attractions downtown offers.

Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

Decent stay after some work: All three bath/showers were dirty as in, have not been scrubbed clean in a while. After buying some cleaning supplies we were able to bathe. The main floor bath still has dirty towels hanging on the back of the door.

Dishes were adequate but silverware had food still on them and the one pan we used had eggs still stuck to it. Again, after some cleaning we were able to use them. We decided to buy plastic ware and paper plates and not cook as we didn’t want to wash dishes before and after every meal.

As far as beds, there were enough for all of us. However, plan to have a few rough nights. The bed my wife and I slept in had a hump in the middle and was the hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on. This is saying some this as I camp frequently and sleep on the ground. Ha.

Location was great to get to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.

Overall it was decent but I won’t be renting again.

Needs a Maid: We enjoyed our stay with each other - but not the home. We don’t think it’s been cleaned in a long time. Ceiling was falling when we first walked - piece of it was laying on dining table. Cobwebs everywhere- showers n floors were dirty - sheets n blankets downstairs had mold n mildew on them. One of the bedrooms upstairs where we were going to sleep - bed had never been washed and changed - had hair and popcorn in it.

We have been making family trips to Pigeon Forge n Gatlinburg for the ast 15 years and this is the first time we had a bad review to leave. I hate leaving one - but things need to be highly done with the cleaning n care of this cabin.

But, we enjoyed having our family time

beautiful view: very nice cabin! one of the best views in the area of downtown. Cabin layout was nice. The only negative is there is very limited parking. We barley fit 3 cars there and we had 5 so we had to get creative with the parking. But, in their defense all the cabins in that area had limited parking. Just be aware. Other than that it was amazing. I would defiantly book again

Not the worse: Not the worse I've stayed in. There is mold present. The upstairs bathroom leaks into the kitchen area (took photos). The place doesn't seem like it wasn't cleaned well, found trash and hair clippings in bedrooms and bathrooms. The downstairs deck is hard to enjoy unless you like the hot tub leaking on you due to plumbing issues. I won't be staying at this place nor any of them offer by the lister.

We stayed with another family and the cabin was very roomy and overall clean. We explored waterfalls and other mountain attractions. All were short and easy to get to. Our longest drive was 1/2 hour away to white water rafting. We did see bear and never felt threatened. A great stay for all of us. We would come back.:) Managers were easy to get ahold of and fixed any problems that we had.:)

We had the most wonderful stay at Bearly Hidden Ridge. What a great home especially if you have multiple families or family members. So much space. The kids loved the theater and the pool table. I did have a bit of a problem with the fridge on the first day. It was not cooling properly and I had just spent nearly 400.00 on groceries. I made a 10:00 pm call to the number I was given. They were so responsive and by the next morning had a new fridge delivered. Thanks so much for taking such great care of us. One of the other great features is its proximity to town. Really about 5 minutes and youre on the parkway. There is a small but well stocked family grocery one minute away. Its just perfect in every way. Plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We cooked for 10 people almost every night. We did have a good bit of bear activity so beware of that. Looking forward to our next visit already. Thanks again.

We have gone to Gatlinburg for years, but have never been in such a great cabin. It fit our groups needs perfectly. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was comfortable and nice not to have to clean it when we left. The location was perfect...just a short drive to the main tourist strip. It was quiet and easy to get to. Absolutely loved it!

My family recently stayed at Bearly Hidden Ridge and we had a blast! My parents were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary and we planned a small family reunion. There was tons of room in the cabin, everything was very clean and well-kept, the kitchen was well stocked (but it does need some baking pans), the beds were comfy, the hot tub was fabulous and the location was excellent. If you have more than 2 cars it may be tricky to park, but we made 3 fit somehow! The view is gorgeous too. Thank you for allowing my family to stay at the cabin. My parents will remember it for a long, long time. :)
