Bear Tootin has created this program to give peace of mind to you as the property owner and the guests as the renter. We have made this a mandatory non-refundable fee paid per reservation by the guest and is held by Bear Tootin.

Vacay Protection covers the following:

Cancelation Guarantee

1/2 of 80%

If Bear Tootin fails to rebook the dates that the guests cancel, we will pay the owner ½ of their 80% on that reservation (unless it it due to bad weather)

Damage Coverage

$1,500 per resv.

Bear Tootin will pay up to $1,500 per reservation of intentional or unintentional damages to the property by guests.

Wear & Tear

No Charge

Bear Tootin will replace certain worn items for your property without charge.

Monthly Maintenance

No Charge

All of your light bulbs, batteries & air filters will be changed at NO cost.

Inclement Weather

Reschedule Dates

Bear Tootin will encourage the guest to reschedule their reservation for a later time & not cancel completely

24hr On-Call Maintenance

No Service Fee

The owner will not be charged for a maintenance call requested by the guest (unless a part or repair is needed / see list below)
