Perfect place!: We had an amazing time visiting Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/ Gatlingburg! The house was perfect for two couples and the location is also perfect. The views from the decks were gorgeous and the cabin was gorgeous. The location is close to all three towns and we enjoyed taking day trips and then relaxing in the evenings on the deck. We will be back!

We (myself, husband, son, sons friend & family dog) recently stayed in this cabin for our family vacation. The house was situated on a mountain side and there was a beautiful view, especially in the mornings and at night. There was plenty of room for the kids to have their own space. The property also had a fixed baby gate at the top of the stairs and on the deck. It was so convenient. Our dog loved being able to be on the deck without his leash.

Everything was super clean and the people at Bear Tootin Rentals were very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Christmas Family Fun: The home was very comfortable and we very much enjoyed our stay! As the grandma, I am continuing the tradition of family time at Dollywood during Christmas with my children and grandchildren ,We had a great time and loved the cabin.

Picture Perfect...fitting name: Great area....out in middle of no where but close to town. Good to get out of all the traffic of Pigeon Forge and relax. Peaceful and great view. Cozy cabin with everything need. Christmas tree and decorations a nice touch. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Our stay: It was a great week. First time we stayed in a cabin and it wonderful. The neighbors we encountered were very friendly. We would to come back again to stay!

Awesoooome: We went there for Christmas and New Years holiday and spent 10 days in this awesome cabin. We still miss it to this day in hopes to go back Absolutely lovely, accommodating, my two fur babies also loved it. We made so many memories in those days and we’ll always recommend it to anyone we know

Was wonderful except for some issues.: I called for early check in, after a brief hold, I was told that we could check in by 1:00 pm. Normal check in is 4:00 pm. We arrived at approximately 1:45 pm. The beds had not been changed, there were dirty towels in the shower. I called the rental agent, she asked who told me that we could check in early. She stated that she would call me back. There was not a return call, but the cleaning service showed up. Then when we called for a trash pickup because the trash from the previous renter was still there. I was told there would be a $35 charge for an early pickup. However we were welcome to drop it off to the dumpsters outside of their property. It does not state anything in their rental agreement about the additional fee. Other than this, the cabin and location was beautiful. Wonderful views of the mountains and Wears Valley. The hot tub was very relaxing.

Fun Get Away!: We loved this cabin! It was perfect for us- Me, my husband, daughter & dog. It was just close enough to all the things and just far enough away for some peace. The cabin had everything we needed. Thank you so much!

Smoky mountain family getaway: We enjoyed our stay! The home had a great layout & was perfect for the 4 of us. Loved the pool table, being able to bring our dog Sunny, & loved being close to activities in Pigeon Forge! Only cons was an obnoxious neighbor below in the next house who burned leaves & yelled loudly at hos wife repeatedly while we were trying by to sit on the porch enjoying the view. They have signs on their property that says No Rentals… don’t think they like having renters nearby.. be warned! Also, be aware that since the house is pet friendly, they are stains in the carpet & some of it is worn & torn up a bit. We didn’t mind because it was great to bring our sweet pup with us!
