Loved this property! Me and my boyfriend stayed in mountains for 4 days and absolutely loved the cabin. It was a great secluded location but not far from pigeon forge. We were able to get that wooded mountain feel without being totally off the grid. One small change we would make is to add a light near the hot tub for those late night soaks. One note to future guests is that the water does have a bit of a smell because you're that far in the mountains and have hard water. Recommend Paw Prints and Bear Tootin for future smoky mountain stays!

Vacation from hell: The only good thing about this vacation was that I actually got to recoup some of my money back.Things that were not disclosed was that this property is about a mile off the road it’s a dirt/gravel road with big holes in it so if you don’t have an SUV I wouldn’t recommend you going down the road at all. There was all sorts of bugs all in the home, beetles ladybugs, wasps, stink bugs, and yes, roaches. There’s not enough hot water to even fill the bathtub up halfway. I emailed and called several times to management and really didn’t get anything resolved until after we decided to check out two days early because we couldn’t deal with the roaches. Amenities that they listed included a Jacuzzi bathtub that you cannot use because you can’t even feel halfway up without the water being depleted. The pool table that you cannot use either because it’s in such a tight space you can’t pull the pool stick back without hitting the wall the door or the bunkbeds. They also have a sign up that says do not move the pool table therefore, you really cannot use it. The bedding, such as the blankets and pillows smelled like a sweaty gym bag clearly had not been washed. I hope this review helps someone else not have to have such a disastrous vacation such as we did. Good luck.

The cabin was just as described in the listing. We went for Christmas, and it was perfect! The Christmas tree was ready for our gifts. The fireplace was ready for a fire. The cabin is secluded, and very relaxing. We spent a lot of time exploring the Great Smokey Mountains. Cades Cove, Cherokee National Park and Dollywood is a must! You are close enough to do all of the tourist attractions, such as Gatlinburg (Jason Alden's is amazing), Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. Bear Tootin was great to work with! Paw Prints provided family memories that will last forever!!

Vacation Getaway: We had an okay trip. The water from the shower and sink smelled like sulfur/rotten eggs. There were lady bugs everywhere and it didn’t look like someone came to clean with dust being everywhere.

We loved Paw Prints cabin! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The hot tub was great for the 2 of us. The driveway and road there were narrow but not bad enough to sway us away from staying here again. Highly recommend!
