Great family Christmas Vacation!: Property management was amazing. We were not sure we could make it because of the negative weather coming. Contacted management and they very accommodating to the point of refund or moving dates around. We were able to go up a day earlier because the cabin was open that night. The cabin was spotless! Plenty of room for a family of four. Easy access, nice location if you are interested in spending time in pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg for entertainment. Had a wonderful time. Only issue we found was master tub/shower drain was backing up some while running the water. Other than that no other issues. My wife and I highly recommend using Bear Toonin management. Great company. We will definitely use them in the future.

Everything was really good except the mattress on the bed wasn’t very comfortable. It was too spongy: We really enjoyed our vacation. The cabin was clean and exactly as advertised. We would rent it again if we were going back to Pigeon Forge.

Accessible to everything: This property was in a great location. Convenient to shopping, shows, Dollywood, restaurants and more. Easy check in and out. I rated it four stars because the driveway was horrible. Towels felt like sandpaper. I would recommend bringing your own. Could not get jacuzzi to work correctly. But that could have been operator error. Other than those three things, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fox's Den! Such a charming cabin, and perfect for a quick getaway. Fox's Den is close to all of the attractions, especially Dollywood, but we didn't hear any of the noise one expects. It was very nice and quiet. The mini arcade was full of games from our childhood, and was great nostalgic fun! Super clean and nice, we highly recommend Fox's Den!

Clean, Comfortable and Close to Attractions: Property was just as pictured, if not even more spacious than the photos look. My group of 5 adults were all very comfortable in the cabin.

There was plenty of space, beds were mostly comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets.

The drive up from the main road was pretty easy, just one tricky curve but well maintained and paved.

Only things I would change:

Better pillows

Instructions on using the hot tub and the game system

More lighting on the hot tub and fire pit area

We had a great experience! The cabin was the perfect size and in a great location. We cannot wait for our next getaway. Town was BUSY! We expected busy because of the holiday weekend but I think everyone was feeling the itch to get away. We arrived on Thursday so we got a lot of our must do's out of the way on the first two days and took the last couple at a slower pace! Loved the hot tub and arcade! Some of the oldies but goodies to share with our kiddos!
