Short a queen bed: I'm glad that we brought a cot because the listing says there is a queen pull out bed and two twin pull outs along with the 3 king bedrooms. There were 3 twins but no queen. There is no queen bed at all. Outside patio furniture was really dirty but overall it was worth the money.

Beautiful, rustic cabin: We had a very nice time. The cabin is spacious and well decorated. Large A frame windows and a wrap around porch with plenty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer and dryer were a big help. The fire pit in the front yard was nice. We were visited by bears twice! We didn’t actually see them, but we could hear them nearby. It was very exciting. The beds were all very comfortable and the extra hideaway beds allowed for everyone to have their own place to sleep! The pool table up in the loft was a big hit with the kids. The master bedroom upstairs is very large With his own private bath.
The only two things that were a little disappointing: We did find mouse droppings inside the home and the front yard area is covered up with poison ivy. I’m not sure if there’s anything they can do to keep the mice at bay but surely they could spray for the poison ivy inside the yard.
Other than that, we had a lovely time and we would not hesitate to go back here again.

Girls Trip: We really enjoyed our stay at the Big Kahuna. It was just as they said it was on VRBO. In the perfect spot... close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay there again.

This is our second stay in this cabin, we love staying in the cabin, it’s perfect location away from the town but close enough also, the only thing I can think of is maybe new cooking utensils/ pans. Wasn’t very many big pans to cook with but made it work. Also the driveway at the bottom could use some care again. But over all stay we will most definitely come back to this cabin again! When called about the grill they was quick to come out a check it out an help us with that.

beautiful setting easy to get to, no steep hills except the driveway. plenty of room, great set up with pool table. The outside could be cleaned up, deck full of leaves spider webs, I had to wipe down all the cushions and chairs before using them. Windows are dirty. other than that nice stay I gave a 4 star overall, but cleanliness would get a 3 at best especially because of the cleaning fee associated with renting the cabin.

Family get away: My family enjoyed staying the weekend at this cabin. From playing games, laughing around the table and enjoying the out doors.

This cabin is perfect for families. Secluded enough to have privacy, but also close enough to reach all the attractions. Cabin was clean, and easily found. Make sure to stop by Whaleys Country Store in Wears Valley. Terrific people!

Great spot for a retreat: Very comfortable cabin. The kitchen was well equipped, other than lacking measuring cups and a sharp knife. The location was convenient. My one negative comment was that, other than the three bedrooms with king-size beds, the only other sleeping spots are on a trundle bed and a fold-out chair, both of which are in the loft and which would have to share a bathroom with the master bedroom if the occupants were not to go downstairs for the bathroom. So we had to unexpectedly share a couple of beds, but we all very much enjoyed our stay.
