Ideally located just 3 miles from Pigeon Forge and 5 miles from Gatlinburg, and bordering the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this cozy retreat offers the perfect blend of peaceful seclusion and easy access to top attractions.

The living room welcomes you with warm wood finishes, soft ambient lighting, and a glowing electric fireplace that creates the perfect setting for cozy nights in. Relax on the comfortable sofa or chair while enjoying your favorite shows on the TV, all within a space designed for comfort and connection. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining area, making it easy to gather, unwind, and spend quality time together.

Kitchen/ Dining Room:

The kitchen and dining area are designed for both convenience and comfort, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Enjoy your morning routine with both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, and take advantage of added essentials like a blender and dishwasher for easy prep and cleanup. The dining table offers a welcoming space to gather and share meals, while a washer and dryer tucked neatly in the closet provide added convenience during your stay.

Game Room:

Step out onto the enclosed porch and enjoy your own private retreat, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Soak in the hot tub after a day of exploring, challenge friends and family to a fun game of air hockey, or kick back and watch a movie on the outdoor TV. It’s the perfect space to enjoy fresh mountain air while staying comfortable and entertained.

A charcoal grill is ready for cookouts, and the front porch—with its table and chairs—offers the perfect spot for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or simply relaxing in the fresh mountain air.

Locations/ Roads / Parking:

Ideally located just minutes from the area’s most popular attractions, you’ll be a short drive to Dollywood, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, The Island, WonderWorks, the Titanic Museum, and the LeConte Center. Enjoy endless options for shopping, dining, and live entertainment in nearby Pigeon Forge, or head toward Gatlinburg for even more to explore. Grocery stores like Publix, Kroger, and Food City are approximately 5 miles away, and the Wal-Mart SuperCenter is about 10 miles from the property.

Getting here is easy with no steep mountain roads, making access simple and stress-free for most vehicles. Parking is available for 2–3 vehicles, and motorcycle riders will appreciate the covered carport for easy, convenient parking.

When you’re ready for outdoor adventure, take a scenic drive to Cades Cove or venture into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park for hiking, wildlife viewing, and breathtaking mountain scenery.​​​​​​​

Local Fun:

Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

• Cancellation Guarantee: Cancel for any reason up to 7 days before check-in and receive a full refund, minus the Vacay Protection fee.

• Inclement Weather: If severe weather prevents or delays your travel, we'll work with you to cancel your reservation or move your stay to new dates.

• Damage Coverage: Covers up to two hundred fifty dollars in unintentional accidental damage for one- and two-bedroom properties, and up to five hundred dollars in unintentional accidental damage for three-bedroom properties and larger. Any damages exceeding the applicable coverage amount, whether intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file.

• 24-Hour On-Call Maintenance: If you need assistance during your stay, simply give us a call. Our maintenance team is available 24 hours a day to help at no additional charge.
