This spacious, pet-friendly retreat offers over 2,500 square feet on a generous half-acre, providing ample room for everyone, including your furry friends, to relax and unwind with the convenience of free Wi-Fi.

Inside, you'll find a large living room, a fully stocked eat-in kitchen, a comfortable dining room, and a grand game room complete with a pool table, various games, and a large TV. The five bedrooms each feature their own television and comfortably sleep up to 12 guests.

The expansive backyard is a private oasis, boasting a grill, a spacious covered patio perfect for al fresco dining, and a large fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.

As you enter, a charming entryway table greets you, immediately ushering you into the large, inviting living room. This comfortable space features a plush, matching couch and loveseat, offering the ideal spot to relax. Enjoy your favorite shows on the large television, and for those who need to stay connected, a thoughtfully placed designated workspace provides a quiet area for emails or trip planning.

Kitchen / Dining Room:

Located on the main level with the living room, the beautifully integrated kitchen and dining space is designed for both casual meals and memorable gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with premium cooking utensils, ensuring you have everything needed to whip up a gourmet meal or a quick snack, including a built-in oven, convenient dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and a versatile coffee pot/Keurig combo, all complemented by a sleek glass counter cooktop.

A charming table seats four for breakfast or a casual lunch. You’ll find a door off the kitchen that leads to the garage-converted game room.

Seamlessly connected, the dedicated dining room, nestled between the kitchen and living room, offers a more formal setting with comfortable seating for six. From here, double doors lead directly onto the spacious patio and into the large, private backyard, perfect for effortless indoor-outdoor dining and enjoying the fresh air.

Conveniently located, this home offers easy access to local attractions. Enjoy a pleasant stroll to Wellington Park for outdoor recreation or explore the shops and amenities at Stonewall Shopping Center, both within easy walking distance.

Parking is a breeze with a nice, flat paved driveway, providing ample space for up to four vehicles. Parking is limited to a maximum of nine vehicles total.

Pet Policy:

The pet fee is 100-dollars per dog.

There is a 2-dog maximum.

We only allow dogs.

You will need to bring a crate.

Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in a kennel.

The pet fee is non-refundable.

Please clean up after your pet(s).

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.

Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on, or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

Cancellation Policy:

50 dollar cancellation fee.

Before 30 days: Full refund minus the 50-dollar cancellation fee.

Within 30 days: Whatever dates we are able to rebook is the amount that will be refunded, minus the $50 cancellation fee.

Example: If you booked 5 nights and we rebook 4 nights, you will be refunded the 4 rebooked nights plus tax, cleaning fee, damage fee, and Bear Tootin fee (25-dollars), minus the 50-dollar cancellation fee.
