We had an incredible family stay at this home. The location was perfect for our days at Dollywood, we could even see the fireworks and drone show from the home. The photos do not do this home justice - it was even more beautiful in person, clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

Ok but not as described: No view, not secluded as stated. Run down trailers you can see from deck. No good internet service. We had to rewash the towels because they smelt old and musty. Floor moves, dirt in ceiling lights, air hockey scoring didn’t work.

Everything was great!: It was just what we needed. Plenty of room. The only down side is that with 13 people, 2 bathrooms had to be time managed. But I would stay there again!

Cabin overall is great. Very clean and nice. Tvs are all a good size and the rooms are all a good size. The front porch is great with great views. Overall I cant say anything bad about the cabin. The location isn't great as it takes a hot minute to get to it and the driveway gets very slick with all the leaves. With the driveway slopping it becomes a hazard. ...

Family Reunion: My family hosted our first Family Reunion since 1990. It was a huge success. The home was very welcoming and convenient. We really enjoyed ourselves.

5 stars!: Every minute of this stay was enjoyable! The cabin was gorgeous and had EVERYTHING you would need! Forgot something? No you didn’t! Because they have one of everything you could need. Conveniently located to everything but still away enough to be peaceful. I don’t have enough good things to say about this place. We will surely return!

A nice getaway!: The cabin is located in a beautiful location surrounded by mountains. The hot tub was a winner for my family. Cabin needs a detailed cleaning (Windows) and needs a little TLC. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Family vacay: Clean great views

Bears everywhere: Great cabin. Bears wandering everywhere. Only suggestions are too babe night lights in the downstairs bedroom as the stone surrounding the jacuzzi tub is a lot harder than my knee at 3am and also some kind of light in the downstairs shower

Was wonderful except for some issues.: I called for early check in, after a brief hold, I was told that we could check in by 1:00 pm. Normal check in is 4:00 pm. We arrived at approximately 1:45 pm. Relaxing: Absolutely beautiful cabin we relaxed and enjoyed ourselves during our stay.

Loved this property! Me and my boyfriend stayed in mountains for 4 days and absolutely loved the cabin. It was a great secluded location but not far from pigeon forge. We had a wonderful stay at Cypress Ridge. We fully enjoyed the hot tub and pool table! We did have to call about a minor issue and it was addressed promptly! We look forward to our next stay here!!

Excellent cabin and location: Loved the location. Close to Dollywood and the Parkway. Cabin was very clean. Enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. The video game console took me back to my childhood.

Cabin presented how the pictures look online and had beautiful views of the mountains. Will be renting this cabin again in the future when vacationing at Gatlinburg, TN.

Problems: Over-all very nice cabin, but there was a bag of food left from the previous people. The table was so sticky that our paper plates stuck to the table. Wipe everything down in the kitchen.

Family Vacation: We stayed at your house for a little less than a week, and loved it! My kids loved the gaming systems that were available and we were grateful for the games that were there as well, as we played those in the evenings. We enjoyed traveling throughout Gatlinburg and our stayed helped make that easier!

Nice stay for wife and I. We were comfortable. Kitchen would be a bit small if preparing a large meal (house design). But you just adjust. Conveniently located just off hwy 321. Was easy to find. With other cabins clustered near, still had plenty of privacy.
