THE SPACE

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Industrial Loft is located on the 2nd floor of RiNo Art Lofts in the heart of the River North Art District. As the largest unit in the building, Cowboy Muse offers extra space for groups while keeping everyone together in a single, comfortable home base. The building is LEED-certified, designed with energy efficiency, water conservation, and sustainable materials throughout.

Is parking available at Cowboy Muse (Unit 207)?

Street parking is available only and there is no garage or reserved space in the building. Parking in RiNo is generally easy to find during the day, but it can become more competitive in the evenings, on weekends, and during Mission Ballroom events. We recommend arriving a bit earlier on concert nights. For car-free convenience, the 38th Blake A-Line station is about a 6-minute walk and offers direct access to Downtown Denver and Denver International Airport.

Is Cowboy Muse dog-friendly?

Yes. We welcome up to two dogs per stay with a $75 one-time pet fee. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the home accordingly. Dogs must remain leashed in common areas and owners are responsible for cleanup and any damages. Cats are not permitted at any JZ Vacation Rentals property.

How many guests can Unit 207 accommodate?

Cowboy Muse accommodates up to eight guests across three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Sleeping includes 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, and 2 Twin beds, which works well for families, friend groups, and concert crews who want to stay together.

How far is Mission Ballroom from Unit 207?

Mission Ballroom is approximately a 5-minute walk. Many groups love staying here because you can skip parking hassles and walk together to and from the venue. The surrounding area also has plenty of restaurants and breweries for pre-show plans.

How do I get from DIA to RiNo?

The easiest option is the A-Line train from Denver International Airport to 38th Blake Station. The ride takes about 35 minutes and costs approximately $10.50 per person. From the station, it s about a 6-minute walk to the loft.

Are parties allowed?

No. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and any gathering must remain within the booked guest count. Violations may result in removal from the property without refund.

How do I get to Red Rocks?

Red Rocks Amphitheatre is approximately a 25 30 minute drive west via I-70. For concerts, rideshare is often a convenient option for groups so you can avoid parking logistics and designate a driver.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Parking: The property does not have a designated parking lot. Street parking is the only available option.
• Check-out: Check-out time is firm, with no exceptions. A charge may be applied if housekeeping is delayed due to late check-out.
• Early check-in: Early check-in availability cannot be confirmed until your arrival day. Bag drop-off (if early check-in is not available) can be arranged beginning at 12:00 PM MST but is subject to approval.
• Late check-out: Late check-out may be available upon request. Please note that requests made on the day of departure are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. Fees may apply based on availability and departure time.
• Packages mail: Access to the mailbox is not available. Any packages delivered to a mailbox or mail room cannot be retrieved, and we cannot take responsibility for lost or undeliverable packages.
• Occupancy: An additional fee of $25/night will be charged for guests exceeding the number of standard occupants.
