~ bedroom w/ queen bed (must walk thru bathroom / laundry room to get to bedroom)
~ bedroom w/ single over double bunk bed
~ bathroom / laundry room
KEY AMENITIES THIS HOME HAS:
✓ Self check-in ~ Use the code we give you to let yourself in at your convenience after your scheduled arrival time
✓ Propane grill
✓ Fire Pit (please bring your own wood)
✓ Some outdoor seating (you are welcome and encouraged to bring additional chairs)

✓ Washer and dryer
✓ Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, DRIP coffee pot, etc)

✓ Pack-n-Play (please bring your own linens)

DOES *NOT* HAVE OR ALLOW:
✗ No air conditioning - Utilize the blinds, ceiling and floor fans, and crisp evening mountain air to help keep the home cool
✗ No dishwasher
✗ No sleeping bags or air mattresses, no camping in RVs, tents, etc
✗ No events - Maximum occupancy of 5 per local ordinances
ROADS: This home is in a mountain town. As such, you can expect dirt roads, potholes (due to things like traffic and rain), and slow speed limits. We recommend driving appropriate vehicles for the conditions.
WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE RECOMMENDED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS.

~ PARKING: This home has a large driveway and plenty of room for trucks and toy haulers
