Pipedream East is also Dog-Friendly and offers the perfect fit for your entire family (dogs up to 25lb welcome, pre-registration & fee apply). No Check In procedure to deal with or standing in front desk lines. When you arrive, go straight to your condo and get your swimsuit on - then enjoy the Private Heated Pool or Hit the Beach! - No Smoking in home or on balcony
- Pool Rules are posted and must be followed! Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. NO GLASS ALLOWED. NO TOWELS hanging from Balconies. If you have not rented the entire home, please be respectful to your neighbors.
- Two Dogs up to 25lbs welcome, $250 non-refundable pet fee per animal; pre-registration is required. If you've not rented the entire home, please remember that your neighbor may or may not have a furbaby. Please be respectful.
- Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated
- Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
