- Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
- No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
- Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
- The owner has added the bonus of a designated parking spot for this condo in the covered garage with easy access to the elevators. You will still be required to get a parking pass at the front desk. A 2nd parking pass can be purchased through the parking registration email sent to you, which is valid for your entire stay.
