Latitude Adjustment located in One Particular Harbour is a gorgeous coastal contemporary 3 bedroom/3 bath penthouse. This condo offers so many extra special touches. A fabulous built-in custom dining room complete with banquet and extra storage can seat at least 15. Upgraded kitchen tile and tiled knee wall at the island. Beautiful wood look plank flooring runs throughout this penthouse condo. Upon entry, you will find a very spacious open floor plan with a fully-equipped kitchen complete with breakfast bar. The kitchen opens up to the over-sized living room where you can relax after a long day in the sun. The entire living spaces offers picturesque coastal views with oversized sliding doors that allow the natural light in throughout the entire condo. Off the living room, you will find a screened lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee, an evening cocktail, or dine alfresco. This condo features 3 full-size bedrooms, two of which are masters with ensuite bathrooms that feature king-size beds. The other bedroom features double twin bunk beds and sofa where the kids can relax and watch their favorite movies. Are you a Freedom Boat Club Member? If so, the on-site marina host the Freedom Boat Club and you can reserve the boat of your choice during your stay (Must be a Freedom Boat Club member and contact them to book.)

These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.
