A Creekside on the Bluff
Does your soul long to escape the grind of day-to-day madness? "A Creekside on the Bluff“ is the perfect, peaceful, clean, and cozy place to stay. Off the beaten path, nestled up to the woods, yet so close to all of the local attractions in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg areas. (Approximately 4- 5 miles to the Parkway).
Flat, U-shaped paved driveway and 2 steps into the cabin. (Great place for those with stair challenges).
And, you can bring along your fur babies too! We allow up to 2 dogs (only) for a fee of $100 per dog.
We absolutely LOVE our cabin in the woods and take great pride in opening it up to you, your friends and/or family. We hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do and your stay here in TN!
Living Room:
Step inside this cozy, relaxing decorated home with an inviting living area and open concept with the kitchen complete with a comfortable Leather couch & Loveseat, Futon, ceiling fan, and large flat screen. The living room has ample lighting and front porch access. Enjoy some family time, games or watching a movie on the big screen Roku tv.
Kitchen/Dining Room:
You will find a fully equipped kitchen that offers everything you need to cook a delicious meal and enjoy at the Bar height table that can accommodate up to 8 people. Make yourself a cup of coffee using the dual Keurig/12 cup coffee maker. We do provide a small variety of start-up k-cups. This cabin has a fully stocked kitchen to include: Crockpot w/ a timer, Air Fryer, Toaster, Blender, Baking and Serving dishes, Tea Kettle, Plastic dishes/cups for small children, and Grilling tools/tray. Cleaning up is a breeze after any meal using the dishwasher. (Dish cloths & towels, dish soap, 1 roll of Paper towels, 2-3 trash bags, and starter dishwasher pods are provided.)

Outdoor Spaces:
On the back porch, you can rest and relax on the outdoor seating, letting your worries drift away while enjoying your morning coffee/tea or Pepsi from the covered porch, 4 chairs and 2 rocking chairs, and listen to the woods wake up...you might even see an owl, deer, raccoon, wild turkey or bears, all with the woods surrounding you.
Grill out on the Charcoal Park style grill--off the front porch area.
In the evenings, enjoy the outdoor firepit, walking down a rock pathway, Creekside, in the lower back yard.
Bear proof trash bin, located on the right side of the front porch, as you walk down the steps.
Clipper Creek EV (Electric Vehicle) Charger- 40 Miles/per hour.

PET POLICY:
- Pet Friendly - XL Kennel crate (1) is provided for your dog (2 Max)
- You will need to bring a second crate if the TWO don't stay together in the one provided for you.
- THE FEE IS $100 PER PET
- The pet fee is a non-refundable fee of $100.00 per pet and we ONLY allow DOGS.
- There is a 2 dog maximum
This is NOT a damage deposit. Having a pet friendly cabin is a rarity, so please abide by our rules.
We ask that all of our pet guests be considerate of the next guest that will be enjoying the cabin after you.
Not all of our guests bring pets and have children play in the grassy areas.
Please keep this in mind and honor our request to clean up after your pet(s).
We do provide potty bags for you.
Please make sure that grooming and parasite treatment are done prior to your stay.
Please do NOT leave your pet at the home alone unless it is kept in the kennel provided.
Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage, or additional excessive cleaning needed from your pet, you will be charged for all repairs or cleaning.
In addition, if a guest has a dog that has long hair or sheds excessively, please bring your own sheets/blanket(s)to cover the area your pet lays on or sleeps- or a minimum $25.00 + additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair & odor left behind.
(We do provide a pet friendly vacuum cleaner in a closet for your use.)
Local Fun:
Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit Tanger outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.
Special Dates:
Please note, out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on the following: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, or New Years Day.
Check-In:
4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.
Check-Out:
*10:00 AM - You are on vacation and we want you to enjoy it up to the very last minute.
Fireplaces:
*Electric with timer (Use: October 1st - February 28th / Off: March 1st - September 30th)
Cancellation Policy:
*$50 fee + VRBO service fee
*30 days up - you will get all of your money back (minus the $150 cancellation fee & minus the VRBO service fee)
*29 days or less - whatever dates we can re-book, is the amount that we will refund back (-$150).
Example: if you had 5 nights & we re-booked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 nights + tax + cleaning fee + damage fee + Bear Tootin fee ($25).
That total will have subtracted the $150 cancellation fee & Subtract the VRBO service fee.
