The cabin is situated in a peaceful rural area of Gatlinburg, providing a perfect retreat surrounded by nature. It's conveniently located just 20 minutes from the stunning Smoky Mountains, 30 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. Accessing the property is easy, with level parking available for two vehicles. The route to the cabin is motorcycle-friendly, featuring asphalt roads that lead right up to the driveway. Once you arrive, the driveway transitions to gravel, blending seamlessly into the natural surroundings. For your convenience, you'll find a Food City and Family Dollar just 10-15 minutes away, making it easy to stock up on supplies. With such an excellent location, you're always just a short drive from the attractions of downtown Gatlinburg, ensuring you can enjoy both the tranquility of your cabin and the excitement of nearby activities.
Pet Policy:
- The pet fee is $100 per dog
- There is a 2-dog maximum
- We only allow dogs
- You will need to bring a crate
- Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in a kennel.
- The pet fee is non-refundable
- Please clean up after your pet(s)
- Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
- Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.
Check-In:
4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.

Vacay Protection:
- Cancellation Guarantee: Allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay protection fee).
- Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel; no worries, we will work with you to cancel or move your dates.
- Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).
