~ GROCERIES: The nearest grocery store, Sam Patch Co, is about a 17 minute drive (depending on traffic)
~ PARKING: This home has a large driveway, garage and plenty of room for trucks and toy haulers
~ SNOWMOBILING/ ATVs: Access to hundreds of miles of trails right from the front door
