The Boho Barn
The Boho barn is located in a country setting on the back acreage of our 10-acre farm. The acreage is off a 2-lane main back road (River Divide Road) into Pigeon Forge. Our neighbors have horses, goats, and dogs. They know when it's supper time and get pretty excited about it. You may hear Smoky the Hound Dog at that time. Although you sit at the back of our farm, sound travels in the holler, so you may hear occasional traffic noise when outside.
We live in the little farmhouse at the front of the property ( We give you all the privacy, but if you need us, we are here for you)
The front porch of the boho barn is set to ensure peaceful private views of the lush, flat land. There is plenty of space for your fur baby to run and play. The whole backfield is for your enjoyment
Special Dates: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.
Cancellation Policy: $50 Fee
Check-In: 4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the property. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & check-in information.
Check-Out: 10am
Roads: all paved, easy two-lane roads with occasional curves
Local Fun: Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, hike to waterfalls, ride horseback through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit tanger outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family style restaurants to chef cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

- Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 nights + tax + cleaning fee + damage fee + Bear Tootin fee($25)
