Featuring modern appliances including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, you’ll have everything you need right at your fingertips. It’s also stocked with all the essentials—pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and silverware—so you can cook and dine with ease. When it’s time to gather, enjoy meals around the dining table with seating for 6, or grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar with seating for 2. Once you arrive, you'll find parking available for three to four vehicles. Nestled in a prime location, you're just a 10-minute drive from the breathtaking Smoky Mountains, 20 minutes from the bustling attractions of Pigeon Forge, and 30 minutes from the vibrant community of Gatlinburg. Dollar General and Kroger are nearby for your everyday needs. Plus, you'll be just minutes away from the unique offerings of the Wears Valley food truck park and everything downtown Pigeon Forge offers.

Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

- For your safety and enjoyment, please review and follow all indoor pool guidelines during your stay:
- Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty, and all guests assume full responsibility for their safety while using the pool.
- Children must be supervised at all times. Never leave children unattended in or around the pool area. An adult (18+) must be present at all times.
- No diving or running. The pool area may be slippery—please walk carefully and use caution at all times.
- No glass or food in the pool area. Help us keep everyone safe by avoiding breakable items near the water.
- Use of the pool is at your own risk. By using the pool, guests agree that the property owners and management are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during use.
- Please follow all posted rules and use common sense to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
