A wood and leather sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress and a rocking chair provide comfortable seating, while a glass coffee table adds a stylish touch. Large windows showcase the gorgeous mountain views, filling the room with natural light, and a door leads directly to the deck for even more opportunities to enjoy the scenery. The living room seamlessly flows into the kitchen and dining area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for family gatherings or quiet evenings by the fire.

The kitchen and dining area sit just off the living room, sharing the same large windows and access to the deck with those gorgeous mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel and black appliances including a refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot, making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to hearty family dinners. Just steps away, the dining room table comfortably seats six, creating the perfect place to gather for meals or play board games with a view. Dish towels, starter dish soap, and starter dishwasher pods are provided.
Game Room:
Located downstairs, the game room is a fun and comfortable spot for both kids and adults to enjoy. It features a leather sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress and a recliner for lounging. Entertainment options abound with a massive 75" TV, complete with a video game console with two controllers, as well as a classic arcade table that adds a nostalgic touch. Outdoor Spaces:
The outdoor spaces at this cabin are designed to take full advantage of the stunning mountain views. On the upper deck, you’ll find two poly material gliders with a table, a metal rocking chair built for two, and a bench, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a peaceful evening. The lower deck offers even more relaxation with a bubbling hot tub, four classic wood rocking chairs with two small tables, and another bench. From here, stairs lead down to the outdoor fire pit area, where four chairs surround the fire, creating the perfect spot to gather under the stars. Every space is positioned to showcase the breathtaking scenery, giving you endless opportunities to enjoy the Smoky Mountains.
Location/ Roads/ Parking:
This cabin is easy to access by vehicle up a curvy mountain road. There is level parking for up to two vehicles. You will find a Dollar General, Kroger, or Food City nearby. Just 5 minutes to the Smoky Mountains, 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. With such a great location, you're just a short drive from everything downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer.

Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit Tanger outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

• Inclement Weather: If severe weather prevents or delays your travel, we'll work with you to cancel your reservation or move your stay to new dates.
• Damage Coverage: Covers up to two hundred fifty dollars in unintentional accidental damage for one- and two-bedroom properties, and up to five hundred dollars in unintentional accidental damage for three-bedroom properties and larger. Any damages exceeding the applicable coverage amount, whether intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file.
• 24-Hour On-Call Maintenance: If you need assistance during your stay, simply give us a call. Our maintenance team is available 24 hours a day to help at no additional charge.

- • Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book this property. • Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM • No check-ins or check-outs are permitted on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or New Year’s Eve • Non-Pet-Friendly Property: This property is not pet-friendly, and pets of any kind are strictly prohibited. If a pet is found on the premises, a 250-dollar fee will be charged, and guests may be required to vacate the property immediately without a refund. • No smoking inside the property. • Quiet hours must be respected. • Please be aware that hot tub use may pose certain health risks and is used at your own risk. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the hot tub at any time without adult supervision. • Do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover. • The septic system is highly effective but can become clogged if improper items are flushed. Please flush only toilet paper. Feminine hygiene products, wipes, paper towels, and any other non-flushable items should never be flushed. If it is determined that improper materials have caused damage or a clog to the septic system, guests may be charged up to 1,000 dollars for repairs and damages. Additionally, please do not pour grease, oil, or food waste down any sink or drain. • Please do not throw any food or trash from the decks and help us respect and protect the mountains and wildlife. Any trash taken outside should be placed in the appropriate trash bins and secured properly so bears and other animals cannot access it. • Late check-outs may result in a 25 dollars per hour fee after the scheduled checkout time. • Do not tamper with exterior security cameras. This property is privately owned and managed. Guests assume responsibility for their personal belongings and their use of the property and its amenities during their stay. Owners and property management are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss, or damage to personal belongings or valuables that may occur while on the premises. You will receive a separate message from the property management team requesting a copy of your ID along with a signed rental agreement. These items must be completed before your door code, and check-in instructions can be released. • Decor and furnishings may occasionally vary slightly from listing photos as updates are made. • A starter supply of toiletries, paper towels, trash bags, and essentials is provided. Additional supplies will need to be purchased by guests if needed during longer stays. • The kitchen includes essential cookware, but condiments, coffee, spices, and groceries are not provided. • The hot tub is drained, sanitized, refilled, and chemically balanced before each arrival. It may take until later in the evening to fully heat after cleaning. • Please keep the hot tub cover closed when not in use to maintain temperature. • All our properties are regularly treated by a professional pest control company. However, due to the natural mountain environment, occasional insects or wildlife may still be seen. To help keep critters outside where they belong, please keep all doors and windows closed. • Weather conditions in the Smoky Mountains can occasionally impact power, Wi-Fi, roads, water service, or other amenities. These events are outside of our control, and refunds are not provided for weather-related outages, natural disasters, or interruptions to services. If you choose to cancel your trip due to weather conditions, we may be able to offer alternative dates depending on availability. • Exterior cameras may be present for safety and security purposes only. There are no cameras inside the property. • Black bears and other wildlife are native to Tennessee and are commonly seen throughout the Smoky Mountains area. If you encounter a bear, please do not approach or feed it, as this can encourage dangerous interactions between wildlife and humans. For your safety, always keep vehicle doors locked and avoid storing food or scented items inside your vehicle, as bears are known to access unlocked cars.
