The main level features a luxurious king master suite complete with a spa-inspired private bathroom, showcasing a stunning freestanding clawfoot soaking tub and a spacious walk-in shower—the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure.

Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable queen bedrooms, a shared full bathroom, and a convenient laundry room. The fun really begins in the game room, where guests of all ages can enjoy ESPN Basketball Hoops, a 320-game classic arcade, an arcade pinball machine, and a kid-friendly arcade game. Younger guests will love the twin-over-full bunk bed, making the game room the ultimate hangout and sleepover spot.

When it's time to eat, fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy dinner together on the porch while taking in the fresh mountain air. As the evening winds down, slip away to the screened porch with your favorite book or a glass of wine and enjoy a little peaceful solitude beneath the stars.

With two spacious sofas, a loveseat, and a comfy chair, there’s plenty of seating for everyone to relax together. Curl up by the warm gas fireplace, stream your favorite movies on the TV with WiFi available, or simply enjoy quality time sharing stories, games, and laughter in this welcoming mountain retreat.

Kitchen / Dining Room:

The open-concept kitchen and dining area creates the perfect space for gathering, sharing meals, and making memories together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and standard coffee maker, giving you everything needed to prepare anything from a hearty breakfast before heading out to explore to a cozy dinner shared with family and friends.

The island-style breakfast bar offers seating for three, making it a great spot to sip morning coffee, enjoy a quick lunch, or chat while meals are being prepared. Just steps away, the spacious dining area features a large table with comfortable head-of-the-table chairs and bench-style seating for six, creating a warm and inviting setting for family dinners, game nights, and meaningful conversations after a day in the Smokies.

Dish towels, starter dish soap, and starter dishwasher pods are provided for your convenience.

Game Area:

Head upstairs to the ultimate family game room, where fun and friendly competition awaits guests of all ages! The outdoor spaces at Dogwood Acre are designed for relaxing, gathering, and enjoying quality time with family and friends. The large, flat backyard provides plenty of room for kids to play and for everyone to spread out and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Challenge each other to a friendly game at the horseshoe pit or simply unwind and take in the peaceful surroundings.

The covered carport adds convenience during your stay, while the spacious, wrap-a-round deck invites you to slow down and soak in the Smoky Mountain atmosphere. Sip your morning coffee from one of the rocking chairs, relax on the porch swing with a good book, or gather around the picnic table for outdoor meals and conversations. Fire up the charcoal grill for a classic family cookout and end the evening making memories under the mountain sky.

Location/Roads/Parking:

Dogwood Acre is nestled in the beautiful Wears Valley area of Sevierville, offering a peaceful Smoky Mountain setting while still being convenient to popular attractions, dining, and entertainment. The drive to the cabin features paved mountain roads with curves and uphill sections typical of the Smokies, but the roads are well maintained and accessible for most vehicles. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.

Guests will find several convenient grocery and shopping options nearby for everything from quick essentials to full grocery trips. The closest option is Whaley’s Country Store, located approximately 8–10 miles from the cabin and perfect for picking up snacks, drinks, and basic necessities.

For larger grocery runs, Walmart Supercenter, Kroger, and Publix are all with or about 15 miles away, offering a variety of fresh produce, groceries, bakery items, and household essentials.

If you need a quick stop for snacks, drinks, or everyday items, the nearest Dollar General is conveniently located approximately 6–7 miles from the cabin.

Local Fun: 

Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit Tanger outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family style restaurants to chef cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before you head back to the property.

You might be asking yourself, what is Vacay Protection, and why am I paying for it? It's an affordable travel investment that can save you money and provide added flexibility if the unexpected happens. Here's what it includes:

• Cancellation Guarantee: Cancel your reservation for any reason up to 7 days before check-in and receive a full refund, minus the Vacay Protection fee.

• Inclement Weather: If severe weather prevents or delays your travel, we'll work with you to cancel your reservation or move your stay to new dates.

• Damage Coverage: Covers up to two hundred fifty dollars in unintentional accidental damage for one- and two-bedroom properties, and up to five hundred dollars in unintentional accidental damage for three-bedroom properties and larger. Any damages exceeding the applicable coverage amount, whether intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file.

• 24-Hour On-Call Maintenance: If you need assistance during your stay, simply give us a call. Our maintenance team is available 24 hours a day to help at no additional charge.

PET POLICY:

• Pet Fee: 100 dollars per dog

• Maximum Pets: 2 dogs per reservation

• Pets Allowed: Dogs only

• Crate/Kennel: A crate or kennel is required if your pet will be left alone at the property.

• Unattended Pets: Please do NOT leave your pet alone at the property unless they are safely secured in a crate or kennel.

• Pet Fee: The pet fee is non-refundable.

• Pet Waste: Please clean up after your pet(s) and properly dispose of all waste.

• Furniture & Bedding: Please bring your own sheets or blankets to cover any furniture or areas where your pet may lay or sleep.

• Fleas: If evidence of fleas is found after your departure, you will be responsible for all treatment costs.

• Pet-Related Damage: Any damage caused by your pet will be charged to the credit card on file.

• Additional Cleaning: If excessive pet hair, odor, or other pet-related cleaning is required after your departure, you will be responsible for all additional cleaning charges and associated costs.
