The plush sofa sleeper converts to a comfortable bed for two, while the loveseat and armchair with footrest provide ample seating for relaxation. The perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the Smoky Mountains, this room is complete with a large window that frames the breathtaking views of Cove Mountain. With plenty of natural light and warm ambiance, this living room is the perfect place to relax and make memories with friends and family.
Kitchen/ Dining Room:
Create culinary masterpieces in the fully equipped kitchen of Cove Mountain Rest! This modern kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and ample counter space for food preparation. The adjacent dining room features two dining room areas seating a total of 12 guest, perfect for gathering with friends and family to enjoy delicious meals. With plenty of natural light pouring in through the large windows, this kitchen is a warm and inviting space that's sure to make mealtime a delight. Also there is a 2nd full size kitchen downstairs. Whether you're cooking up a hearty breakfast, whipping up a quick lunch, or preparing a formal dinner, this kitchen has everything you need to make your stay at Cove Mountain Retreat a culinary success. Dish towels, dish starter soap, and dishwasher starter pods are provided.
Game Room:
Everybody will love the game room! This spacious area is going to be where all of the guests will want to be! The space has just gotten a brand-new makeover with all new games and a 70” big screen TV to watch those sports — plus a smaller tv over in the bar area to watch a second game. The pool and foosball tables will bring out the competitive side in everyone. The multicade video game system will bring back memories and help you introduce your kids to those classic fun games like Pac-Man, Galaga, and so many others! The custom bar top seating allows the whole group to relax and sit comfortably together. This space is sure to be a favorite hangout location!

Perhaps the best part of this house isn’t even inside. The outdoor space of the house is all about relaxation. With the brand-new hot tub, cozy fire-pit, charcoal grill, ample outdoor seating (including rockers), and large family-friendly yard, you will welcome the fresh air and feel your troubles fall away. Soak up the seasonal mountain views as you sit back in the rocking chairs on the deck while deciding what to do next. To make your stay at Cove Mountain Rest convenient, the driveway is flat and paved with parking for 4+. You can park a camper or bring your motorcycle in a trailer to explore the Smokies in style. The roads to and from the cabin are also flat and paved, making travel during your stay easier.
Location/ Roads / Parking:
This cabin is easy to access by motorcycle or vehicle. There is level parking for 5 cars. You will find a Dollar General, Kroger, or Food City nearby. Just 5 minutes to the Smoky Mountains, 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 25 minutes to Gatlinburg. With such a great location, you're just a few short minutes from everything downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer.

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit tanger outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.

Cancellation Guarantee: allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay protection fee).
Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel, no worries, we will work with you on canceling or moving your dates.
Damage Coverage: covers you up to 250-dollars of unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the 250-dollars, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).
24hr On-Call Maintenance: if you need assistance while at the property, give us a call & our team will be happy to assist you at no additional charge.

House Rules
- • No smoking inside the property. • Pet fee is 100 dollars + tax per pet. • Pets must be kenneled if left unattended at the property. • Kennel rentals may be available for an additional fee. • Quiet hours must be respected. • Please be aware that hot tub use may pose certain health risks and is used at your own risk. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the hot tub at any time without adult supervision. • Do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover. • The septic system is highly effective but can become clogged if improper items are flushed. Please flush only toilet paper. Feminine hygiene products, wipes, paper towels, and any other non-flushable items should never be flushed. If it is determined that improper materials have caused damage or a clog to the septic system, guests may be charged up to 1,000 dollars for repairs and damages. Additionally, please do not pour grease, oil, or food waste down any sink or drain. • Please do not throw any food or trash from the decks and help us respect and protect the mountains and wildlife. Any trash taken outside should be placed in the appropriate trash bins and secured properly so bears and other animals cannot access it. • Late check-outs may result in a 25 dollars per hour fee after the scheduled checkout time. • Do not tamper with exterior security cameras. • This property is privately owned and managed. Guests assume responsibility for their personal belongings and their use of the property and its amenities during their stay. Owners and property management are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss, or damage to personal belongings or valuables that may occur while on the premises. • You will receive a separate message from the property management team requesting a copy of your ID along with a signed rental agreement. These items must be completed before your door code, and check-in instructions can be released. • Decor and furnishings may occasionally vary slightly from listing photos as updates are made. • A starter supply of toiletries, paper towels, trash bags, and essentials is provided. Additional supplies will need to be purchased by guests if needed during longer stays. • The kitchen includes essential cookware, but condiments, coffee, spices, and groceries are not provided. • The hot tub is drained, sanitized, refilled, and chemically balanced before each arrival. It may take until later in the evening to fully heat after cleaning. • Please keep the hot tub cover closed when not in use to maintain temperature. • All our properties are regularly treated by a professional pest control company. However, due to the natural mountain environment, occasional insects or wildlife may still be seen. To help keep critters outside where they belong, please keep all doors and windows closed. • Weather conditions in the Smoky Mountains can occasionally impact power, Wi-Fi, roads, water service, or other amenities. These events are outside of our control, and refunds are not provided for weather-related outages, natural disasters, or interruptions to services. If you choose to cancel your trip due to weather conditions, we may be able to offer alternative dates depending on availability. • Exterior cameras may be present for safety and security purposes only. There are no cameras inside the property. • Black bears and other wildlife are native to Tennessee and are commonly seen throughout the Smoky Mountains area. If you encounter a bear, please do not approach or feed it, as this can encourage dangerous interactions between wildlife and humans. For your safety, always keep vehicle doors locked and avoid storing food or scented items inside your vehicle, as bears are known to access unlocked cars.
