Welcome to Serenity Chateau! This home is such a memorable and unique experience and is located is the best area in West Sedona. Designed by an artist and furnished with past and present local artists artwork, this home will leave incredible memories that will keep you coming back year after year.
The unique layout of this home is perfect for entertaining and gatherings of all kinds. Upon entry you are greeted by a large foyer and a cathedral like great room with oversized windows looking out to the waterfall feature. Nothing says Sedona more than red rock views and windows! There are 2 gas fireplaces in the living room and the great room. Perfect for gathering around to stay warm and cozy in the winter months.
The formal dining room was built with you in mind. Sedona paintings, comfortable seating for 6 and view of the beautiful backyard. Next to the dining room is the newly remodeled kitchen with so much space, it s perfect for the quintessential gatherings around the kitchen when you are cooking and visiting with friends and family. There is views from all around and more than enough essentials to cook a great meal.
The bedrooms were designed with luxury in mind. Each room is furnished with top of the line mattresses and linens. The master bedroom is the most exquisite of them all. The oversized room is more than enough to think you are in a 5-star hotel. With access to the back yard and walk-in closets, you will feel like you are in a resort! You won t have to leave the bedroom as there is a drink cooler and bar as well! Lastly, the ensuite is quite the spa like room. With the jetted tub centered around the beauty of wall to wall windows and lighting fit for royalty, this room will make you forget you are not in a day spa.
The backyard is perfect for outdoor seating and romantic star gazing. There are lights nestled in the fig tree for a perfect ambiance during an evening dinner with friends and family. Be sure to take advantage of the waterfall during a moment of meditation or yoga. The sounds of nature is the best kind of relaxation you can ask for in your busy life.
Serenity Chateau is located right around the corner from Posse Grounds park. Perfect for a great walk after dinner to watch the sunset or during the day to play tennis if that s your thing. The park has plenty of amenities, no wonder it s a 5 star park!:
House Rules
~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
