Penthouse in Paradise at One Particular Harbor by Margaritaville offers resort-like amenities with a heated pool, splash pad, gas barbecue grills, and playground for the kids. This 2-bedroom/2 bath condo has everything you could ask for and more. Condo includes a fully-equipped kitchen for a to cook (way more than a basic rental requirements) with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Hamilton 2-way coffee machine (single serve or full pot), dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, knife set, and toaster. Master suite bedroom with king-size bed and large ensuite bathroom, walk in closet, luggage racks with shelfs, twin and queen beds in the second master, both bedrooms and living room include big screen smart TVs with cable service, free WiFi, sleeper sofa, screened in lanai with outdoor lounging and dining area, washer and dryer. Rental also includes beach chairs and umbrellas. There is an assigned parking space underneath the building and plenty of guest parking. There is an elevator located in the center of the building complete with a luggage cart to bring your luggage and groceries up to the room.

Long-term amenities: Guests who stay for 29 days or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.
