Our 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, private vacation pool home is a great option for families wanting a home base to enjoy the best of all that Central Florida has to offer.

* This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $175 plus tax will apply when you let us know you re bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit. Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.
Pool Spa Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
The spa will not warm up without the added pool heat.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 5 cars (or 3 large passenger vans).
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you.
For visitors, there is a maximum of 10 cars per property.
